Key Responsibilities: Manage claims within the Transport & Logistics sector, including Haulage and Motor/Fleet. Negotiate settlements, ensuring transparent and professional communication with clients, brokers, and insurers. Ensure claims files are managed efficiently, meeting internal standards and compliance. Collaborate across teams and participate in internal meetings as needed. About You: You have a solid background in broking or insurance, ideally with experience in Transport & Logistics claims. Proactive, adaptable, and capable of managing a range of claims while delivering excellent customer service.
