Understanding Customer Needs: Assess customer needs and develop strategies to meet them effectively. Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of strategic goals and plans to improve the business and reach new audiences. Lead Generation: Generate leads and cold call prospective customers. Negotiation and Closing Deals: Negotiate terms and close deals to secure new business. Sales and Marketing Expertise: Lever their sales and marketing knowledge to create and manage the sales pipeline. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, such as operations, marketing, and product development, to execute business initiatives. Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments. Reporting and Forecasting: Be responsible for preparing reports on business development activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts. Training and Development: Be responsible for training business developers and sales teams.
