The Recipe We are looking for a Maintenance Assistant to be responsible for fixing, maintaining, and improving our site services, ensuring everything is working as it should at all times. As a Multi-skilled Maintenance Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our state of the art Tuscany site The Role As a maintenance specialist you'll support and provide technical expertise, display a passion for problem-solving, and provide quality maintenance support so that we can ensure growth and the continued production here at Warburtons. You'll carry out general maintenance and repairs around the whole site including multiskilled DIY tasks, plumbing duties, working with electrics, painting and decorating, plastering and a number of other tasks. Essential Ingredients Experience of general site maintenance Experience with electrics, plumbing and plastering Painting and decorating experience Comfortable working with a range of power tools Roofing experience (working at heights or hold an IPAF licence) A full UK driving license is required for this role. IT knowledge – able to use widespread functions within relevant software inc. Microsoft Office and SAP (can be trained on this) Communication skills – articulate/develops effective, long-term relationships with key people.
