We are currently looking for a receptionist to work on our client's high-profile site within Darlington. The positions we have in Newcastle are both full-time ongoing and ad hoc positions working from Monday to Friday on a temporary contract. The client is looking for an experienced customer-facing candidate with a DBS.
The position is working in the front of house team on the ground floor, ensuring incoming tenants and visitors receive a 5* service in our one-tenant buildings. You will be the main point of contact for all clients, tenants, and colleagues on the floors, as well as supporting the workplace experience team and building manager with the running of the building.

Responsibilities:
1. Ensure a five-star service is delivered by welcoming tenants and guests.
2. Ensure all calls and emails are answered promptly and accordingly.
3. Manage the reception and helpdesk inbox.
4. Raise response works on systems.
5. Support regional FM as required.
6. Deal with any queries from occupiers and guests and assist in resolving issues.
7. Sign in visitors and help with directions.
8. Guide tenants and guests to available hot desks and meeting rooms.
9. Book, prepare, and clear meeting rooms.
10. Report any relevant information and issues to the Front of House Manager and designated Facilities Management team.
11. Ensure the front of house area is immaculately presented - replenish stock in kitchens and ensure areas are tidy.
12. Build relationships with all tenants in the building.

Looking for someone enthusiastic about ensuring a high level of service is delivered at all times, with a friendly, professional, and bubbly personality. Candidates must be extremely well presented (must own a Black/Navy Suit with matching Blazer, White Shirt, and Black Court Shoes (tie for male)). Fantastic communication skills are essential as you will be dealing with high-profile clients.
