Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage the Admissions process from application review to onboarding
* Screen, interview, and assess applicants for suitability
* Maintain accurate records of applications and admissions decisions using CRM tools
* Organise and host Virtual Inductions and Admissions webinars
* Schedule and conduct interviews while managing applicant feedback
* Make offers and handle all offer-related queries
* Continuously enhance the Admissions experience through feedback
* Provide guidance and support to applicants throughout the process
* Collaborate with internal teams to align Admissions criteria with business needs
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operational tools (e.g., CRM, ERP)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to contribute to growth
* Passion for leveraging technology and data to drive excellence
* Commitment to upholding the organisation's values and fostering trust
Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
* Experience in admissions or related fields
* Familiarity with data management tools and project management software
* Previous work in educational settings or professional services
