SEN TA - EBD Setting KS3/4 - Royston - Immediately\n\nAre you passionate about making a real change and creating a positive impact in the lives of students with EBD (Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties)?\n\nTimeplan in Cambridge is seeking a dedicated and compassionate EBD Teaching Assistant to join an experienced and supportive team in an EBD setting linked to a mainstream school.\n\nAs an EBD Teaching Assistant, you'll have the opportunity to:\n\nProvide Individualised support, while working closely with students with EBD, offering personalized care, support and guidance, using intervention strategies to help them manage their emotions, develop coping mechanisms, and helping them succeed academically.\n\nFoster Positive Relationships while developing trust and supportive relationships with students, creating a safe and nurturing environment where they feel valued, understood, and empowered to overcome challenges.\n\nCollaborate with teachers, SENCOs, therapists, and other professionals to implement individualized behaviour plans, track progress, and provide holistic support to students with EBD.\n\nUtilize evidence-based strategies and interventions to promote positive behaviour, reduce barriers to learning, and facilitate the social and emotional development of students with EBD.\n\nIdeally you will have,\n\nPrevious experience working with students with EBD or other SEN is desirable but not essential.\nPatience, resilience, and a calm demeanour.\nStrong communication skills and the ability to nurture positive relationships with students, colleagues, and their support network.\nRelevant qualifications in education, childcare, or SEN support are advantageous but not strictly essential.If this sounds like you and you're passionate about supporting students with EBD and making a positive impact in their lives, we want to hear from you!\n\nTimePlan Education Group Limited is an Equal Opportunities Employer.
