£115,000 base + package
Macclesfield – Up to 3 days on-site

As a ServiceNow Platform Architect, you’ll drive the strategic direction of the ServiceNow platform, overseeing critical integrations like Virtual Agents, Portals, and Mobile Apps. This role is for a proactive innovator—someone who will set integration strategies, guide DevOps teams to uphold top standards, and lead in business strategy, governance, and technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities of the ServiceNow Platform Architect:
• In this impactful role, you will be responsible for designing solutions and providing architectural guidance across a broad range of ServiceNow projects.
• As part of larger enterprise transformation initiatives, you’ll help develop ServiceNow solutions that support a transformative agenda.
• You’ll manage technical debt with a long-term vision to reduce it, foster a close partnership with ServiceNow, and create governance policies to ensure compliance with internal standards and industry best practices.
Essential Skills & Experience of the ServiceNow Platform Architect:
• Proven experience leading large-scale technology transformation projects.
• Advanced expertise with ServiceNow, including data modelling and configuration; certifications in ServiceNow administration are a plus.
• Strong background in data management, modelling, and governance, along with familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) and ITIL practices.
• Skilled in data modelling, relational databases, and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes for seamless data integration.
• Proficient at analysing complex data requirements and business processes, identifying gaps, and delivering effective ServiceNow-based solutions.
• Knowledgeable in IT infrastructure and its integration with the ServiceNow platform.
• Familiarity with architectural frameworks like TOGAF or IT4IT
• Certified ITIL v4 Foundation (or higher) and ServiceNow Certified System Administrator preferred.
