You will need to ensure that the work is carried out to a high standard and be instrumental in maintaining good relationships with all clients and main contractors. You will work closely with Project Managers and supervise site operatives and contractors on site, ensuring that all Health and Safety documentation is kept up to date, and all paperwork is completed in full and on time. Responsibilities: Take responsibility for the overall performance of the site-based delivery team Arrange the procurement of materials required on site and manage security, stock levels & handling once delivered. Manage document control at site level ensuring latest drawings and specifications only are in circulation and being worked in line with. Deliver project in line with the contract and target construction programme. To resolve on site discrepancies with the Client / Main Contractor / Other Trades Ensure each project is delivered efficiently in line with current standards and project budgets. To maintain a strong working relationship with clients and main contractors To Supervise and liaise with operatives and contractors on site. To complete company paperwork clearly and legibly To record variations to contract and provide information to QS & PM Read, understand, and implement the Company Health and Safety Policy and QA at all times. Requirements: ECS card as a minimum (essential) Emergency First Aid (essential) - First Aid at Work preferred, but not essential. 5 years’ experience as an Approved Electrician status (essential). Previous Site Supervisor/Manager experience preferred, but not essential
