We believe collections should be developed and cared for, celebrated, and protected, which is why we deliver schemes, and provide standards, funding and advocacy to ensure they can be enjoyed by as many people as possible.
As Senior Manager Operations, Museums and Cultural Property, you will enhance museum collections across the UK, by implementing operational measures within the Museums and Cultural Property team. The postholder will coordinate the operational development and delivery of Arts Council's statutory functions including corporate planning, performance reporting, risk management and budgeting, and manage the flow of cases to ensure it aligns with our commitments to DCMS and Arts Council priorities. They will play a leading role in championing the continuous improvement of our cultural property schemes.
We are particularly interested in individuals with experience in service development, change management and agile project management with strong Microsoft capabilities and relationship management experience.
