InstaStaff are currently recruiting for a HR Advisor (MUST have CIPD level 5) to join a leading provider of transportation solutions, with clients in both public and private sectors.
This role will be office-based, located at their head office in Erdington.
Qualifications:
* CIPD Level 5.
* GCSE Maths and English.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years experience as a HR Advisor or Generalist.
* Strong administrative experience.
* Experience leading and managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
* Experience compiling HR reports.
* Experience working with HR systems and databases.
* Experience of UK laws and regulations relating to HR.
* Experience using Microsoft packages.
The duties of the HR Advisor will include:
* Supporting the HR function in conducting and overseeing recruitment and training compliance.
* Providing efficient and effective HR support in line with company standards and policies.
* Maintaining personnel records and routinely updating employee information.
* Keeping personnel files up to date.
* Dealing with day-to-day HR queries.
* Following up on probation reviews.
* Supporting employees and managers with the end-to-end employment journey.
* Ensuring all HR compliance is up to date.
* Performing HR audits of files.
* Managing all advertising platforms.
* Leading the recruitment process and onboarding within SLAs and targets.
* Issuing offer letters and employment contracts.
* Processing leaver information.
* Preparing references.
* Monitoring and maintaining the HR inbox.
Desirable:
* ISO Standards 9001.
* CIPD Level 7 or equivalent.
Salary:
The salary for the HR Advisor will be circa GBP27,000 per annum.
Hours:
* Monday to Friday
* 8am until 4pm.
* In-office working (No Hybrid or Remote).
