This east-coast headquartered US firm has been in London for over 40 years and has over 300 people in the London office.
They are seeking an experienced, technically adept and problem-solving, Recruitment, Graduate Recruitment & DEI Advisor to support their HR team, which provides day-to-day recruitment and DEI support and ad-hoc project work. You will be working closely with the Senior Recruitment Manager, Graduate & Business Services Recruitment Manager and the DEI Manager.

To apply for this role, you will need: -
* A minimum of 3 years’ experience working at Senior Assistant or Advisor level within a global law firm.
* Detailed knowledge and understanding of the legal industry as it relates to recruitment and a strong commercial awareness / interest to keep up to date on market trends.
* Understanding of the value and importance of inclusion to culture, performance and individual wellbeing.
* Strong organisational skills, coupled with an ability to manage multiple stakeholders at once, efficiently and sensitively.
* Team player who is open to continuous feedback and able to adapt well to dynamic and evolving situations.
* A recognised CIPD qualification is desirable but not essential.
