Are you interested in working within psychology or behavioural therapy? Would you like to develop your experience and understanding working with Complex Learning Disabilities and Mental Health needs?
One of the leading specialist schools in Maidenhead for students with Autism has a new position open for a 1-1 supporting role for their students with complex Autism and Learning Disabilities. The school is looking for a Graduate with relevant education to join their staff team. Candidates with relevant SEN experience and knowledge will also be considered. The SEN School caters to students aged 3-11.
As an ASD Support Assistant, you will provide consistent, quality support to ensure a high quality of care and tailored assistance during their educational career. Experience in a similar role is desirable but not mandatory. Graduates with qualifications in similar areas will also be considered (e.g., Psychology, Criminology, and Sociology). You will be working on a 1-1 basis supporting a student in a class of 15 SEN children, alongside therapists, psychologists, and other specialist support staff.
