Position Overview
Are you looking for that ideal part-time Receptionist role in the centre of Worthing? As our Evening Receptionist at our Northbrook College Campuses, you will provide exceptional customer service and liaise with internal and external customers. This role is split between two campuses, at Broadwater and West Durrington.
Working Hours
The working pattern for this role is 5pm-7pm Monday to Thursday, term time only for 36 weeks per year. (Monday and Tuesday at our Broadwater Campus, Wednesday and Thursday at our Northbrook College Campus West Durrington).
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide exceptional customer service.
2. Operate the visitors procedure, including issuing visitor badges.
3. Handle administrative tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
Qualifications and Skills
As the role involves dealing with students and staff, you will need proven communication skills and excellent customer care skills.
