Job Title: Support Worker - learning disabilities and autism
Location: Elm, Denbigh
Hours: 42 hours per week (3 x 14-hour shifts, 8am-10pm) on a 3-week rolling rota including 1.5 weekends out of every 3.
Salary starting from £12ph depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:
