Overview The Transformation Manager, reporting to the Head of Data and Transformation, is responsible for enabling business transformation. The role provides governance and support to the business to enable the prioritisation and delivery of cross-functional transformation projects, and helps hold the business to account. The role sits in the project management office (PMO) and is expected to influence project teams and sponsors across the business. Main purpose & goals The main purpose of the role is to manage business transformation and change, partnering the business to ensure resources are focused on strategic priorities. The goals of the role are to: - Operate key programme governance controls and processes - Work with the team in managing the workflow of projects into group programmes to prioritise and schedule demand against available resource - Collaborating with IT, operations, Finance and other cross-functional teams on scheduling - Leaning into project teams to support with initiation, governance and execution where required - Ensure stakeholders are clear on the above
