Interim NHS People Business Partner Immediately Required
Our client, a well-respected NHS organisation in Salisbury, is looking for a People Business Partner to come on board on a temporary basis for an initial 2–3 month contract with the potential to be extended.
Location: Salisbury (Hybrid Remote)
Hours: hours per week (Monday-Friday)
Length of Contract: 2-3 Months +
Hourly Rate: via Umbrella

Day to Day Duties:
1. Ensure that each allocated client area/directorate of the Trust has a sustainable workforce that is optimally deployed in line with the strategic OD&P plan.
2. Provide strategic people related advice and support to the Divisional Management Team of the designated Clinical Division and/or Corporate Area.
3. Enable the delivery of the Trust People Strategy, strategic objectives and national NHS People Plan agenda.
4. Embed excellent people practices within the designated Division, including reporting on workforce KPIs and taking appropriate action to improve KPIs as required.
5. Lead a project area of corporate responsibility, for example Trust incentive lead, trust lead for retention, trust lead for flexible working.
6. Ensure the Division has up to date people plan and monthly people reviews which includes:
7. • Present and future establishment for all roles (rolling 12 months)
8. • Identification of potential roles to be introduced over the next 12 months as a result of new business objectives or technological change
9. • Identification of areas underperforming and detailed action plans in place to resolve
