In this role, you will have the opportunity to: - Service Desk incident and request management - End user computing systems and tools provisioning - IT systems and facility maintenance - Participate in IT and business-related projects - Collaborate with global diverse IT teams The essential requirements of the job include: - Applicable degree program or IT industry certification - 2 years of Tier-1 & 2 Service Desk support and PC support experience - PC and software troubleshooting and technical skills, including experience in Microsoft computing environment. - Understanding of network and server administration - Provide remote and hands on user support for desktops, laptops, and manufacturing equipment.
