GENERAL SUMMARY The Aftermarket Schedule Coordinator will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and communicating the manufacturing schedules for Aftermarket and Configuration-To-Order (CTO) orders, ensuring that all timelines are met while coordinating resources effectively. This role will require close collaboration with various departments to facilitate the smooth execution of orders and realistic and achievable bid schedules considering the site capacity. PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (But Not Limited to) Update and maintain the Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) tool Create and maintain detailed schedules Develop timelines that account for production, resources, and delivery deadlines Serve as the primary point of contact for scheduling information for Aftermarket and CTO across departments, including production, engineering, procurement, and quality assurance Facilitate regular schedule review meetings and distribute updates to relevant stakeholder Coordinate with department heads to allocate resources effectively and adjust schedules based on availability and project requirements Identify potential scheduling conflicts and propose solutions to mitigate risks Analyse performance data and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to schedule adherence Proactively identify and resolve scheduling issues that may impact project timelines Implement contingency plans as needed to address delays or resource shortages Participate in post-project evaluations to assess scheduling performance and identify areas for improvement ESSENTIAL SKILLS Minimum of 3 years of experience in scheduling or project coordination within a manufacturing environment, preferably in a project-based setting Familiarity with complex manufacturing processes and project management methodologies Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar tools) and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis ASCM (formally APICS) certification (CPIM or CSCP) or equivalent is desirable KPIs Schedule Adherence On Time Delivery Standard LT (Material Master) vs Actual LT PERSONAL SKILLS & COMPETENCIES Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively across teams YOU MUST HAVE VALID RIGHT TO WORK IN THE UK TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE.
