Detailed Job Description:
Provide technical expertise on network provisioning, IT Delivery/Service, Billing etc. from a telecom ISP onboarding perspective.
Lead technical design reviews, architecture decisions, and solution development for his/her owned area or tower.
Manage the complete technical delivery of items of work in their specific towers (Network, Billing, Trials, Ops Model etc.), including planning, execution, testing.
Ensure project deliverables meet technical specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks, escalating issues to program Lead.
Independent, assertive, able to proactively identify issues/risks/technical dependencies and work towards a solution taking assistance where needed.
Excellent communication capability and ability to contribute in full measure to responsible decision-making aspects.
