To be part of the Sample team to ensure a high level of productivity and to match workload to customer guidelines.
To ensure compounds are produced accurately and in a timely manner, with a high priority on customer focus and effective internal communication to drive customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Compounder Role
1. Perform in line with site vision and philosophy.
2. Manufacture sample batches in an accurate, safe, tidy, and timely manner.
3. Replenish stocks/supplies when required.
4. Take a role in the continuous improvement of processes.
5. Support team members in below tasks.
6. Accurate manufacture of Sample orders via Computer system.
7. Adhere to sample manufacturing plan.
8. Adopt a clean-as-you-go approach.
9. Supply information to sample lab manager.
10. Be flexible to customer change/manufacturing requirements.
11. Ensure customer satisfaction by keeping internal customers fully up to date with timely and accurate information.
12. Liaise/coordinate with other functions.
13. Responsible for the maintenance and updating of:
1. Accurate manufacture data in the computer system.
2. Internal processes for individual customer requirements (i.e., spreadsheets, sample needs).
3. Individual booth/robot/kardex stocks when requested.
Requirements:
1. Accurate and well-organised individual.
2. Experience in a fast-paced environment.
3. A flexible approach.
4. Ability to work on own initiative.
5. Ability to react positively to tight deadlines.
6. Good accurate computer skills.
7. Minimum of 1 year in a production/lab background dealing with chemicals or similar.
8. Driving license.
Salary: £24,000 - £25,000 + Overtime
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00
Benefits: 20 days holiday + bank holidays, Birthday off, Flextime sickness (Equivalent to 4 days a year).
