MJ Quinn are excited to announce we are actively seeking FTTP Area Manager in the Service Delivery department. The position will be field-based covering areas in the South of the UK such as Devon, Exeter, and Yeovil.
Salary: £37,000
Working Hours: Between 8:00am - 20:00pm (Monday - Friday)
Company Vehicle: Van provided

Your Role Will Include:
* Managing the team within budget constraints and seeking every opportunity to reduce costs and maximise bottom line revenue growth.
* Ensuring all team members are skilled, kitted, and accredited to the standards expected by the client.
* Managing the performance and continuous improvement of team members through development, recognition, effective communications, field visits, and FPQ checks.
* Ensuring that each team member is aware of the team, their individual targets, and is committed to playing a full part in achieving them.
Technical Expertise & Service Delivery:
* Identifying opportunities for multi-skilling and cross-project working on the patch to help deliver the most efficient and effective field structure across MJ Quinn.
* Seeking every opportunity to reduce costs and maximise bottom line revenue growth.
* Ensuring safety and quality checks are carried out in accordance with MJ Quinn policy.
Internal/External Partnerships:
* Developing and sustaining a strong working relationship with the client’s local operational teams encouraging collaboration and best practices.
* Working closely with the Operational Support Teams to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
* Attending operational review meetings with clients and General Managers as required.
Experience:
* Managerial experience in a similar role (Telecommunications industry).
* Holding a full clean UK driving license.
* Telecoms background.
* Computer literate.
* Ability to communicate effectively with clients.
* Willingness to undertake relevant training and development.
Desirables:
* Managerial/supervisor experience.
* Knowledge of the BT network.
* Understanding of the Fibre network.
* Full UK driving license.
