The successful candidate will be involved in a wide range of professional work including the sale and purchase of rural property, the valuation of a wide range of rural property types, letting and management of agricultural land including Contract Farming Agreements and compulsory purchase and compensation matters.

Main purpose/scope of the role:
* Dealing with rural professional work, valuations, rural agency (sales and lettings), infrastructure/energy and rural diversification schemes.
* Attending client meetings (both on and off site), reporting to clients with recommended actions/fees, acting upon and managing instructions, liaising with clients professional advisers (lawyers and accountants) where required, negotiating sales/lettings and preparing heads of terms.
* Working with other team members on Planning & Development advice, Rural Grants/Subsidies
* Providing input into business development/publications/events as part of the rural team.
The estimated annual salary for this position is around £40,000-£60,000 depending on experience.
