About the Role - SENCO:
1. Lead and develop the school's SEND strategy and provision as our SENCO.
2. Full-time, with a competitive salary (MPS 3 - UPS + TLR / SEN allowance).
3. Work closely with teachers, support staff, and external professionals.
4. Provide expert guidance to ensure the success of all pupils with SEND.
Requirements for the SENCO role:
1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and the NASENCO qualification.
2. A minimum of 1 year's experience as a SENCO.
3. Exceptional knowledge of SEND practices, policies, and frameworks.
4. A passionate advocate for inclusive education with excellent communication skills.
