Client Services Executive As a Client Services Executive, you'll play a key role in supporting our client's Experience Account Management team. You'll work closely with Senior Account Leads to nurture client relationships, support new business initiatives, and ensure the seamless delivery of events. From assisting with strategic planning to coordinating client communications, this role offers an exciting opportunity to grow and make a meaningful impact. Key Responsibilities Support account growth strategies and retention efforts. Contribute to new business campaigns and RFP responses. Assist in creating stakeholder proposals and onboarding initiatives. Manage client communications and document key actions. Coordinate logistics, including venue sourcing and site visits. Prepare post-event reports and client feedback presentations. Monitor budgets, reconcile expenses, and ensure timely reporting.
