Field Sales Account Manager
Location: Newcastle to Scotland
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Account Manager to oversee and expand client relationships within the Newcastle to Scotland region. In this role, you will focus on building long-term partnerships with professional salons, ensuring exceptional service, and driving business growth. Your primary responsibilities will include managing existing accounts, securing new clients, and implementing tailored solutions to maximize sales performance across your territory.
This is a field-based role requiring regular travel, offering a dynamic and engaging work environment where you will play a key role in representing the business to its professional clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and nurture relationships with salon partners across your assigned territory.
* Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the client base.
* Ensure the success and growth of existing accounts through personalized support and proactive account management.
* Provide expert advice and presentations to salon owners to showcase product value and solutions.
* Strategise and execute sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
* Monitor performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams to align sales efforts with broader business objectives.
* Stay informed about market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
* At least three years of experience in a field-based salon sales role is essential.
* Background in the hair and beauty sector essential, (extensions experience preferred)
* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
* Highly organised and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
* Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
* Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
* A full UK driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the region.
