What You’ll Do
As our Regional Sales Manager, you'll be the driving force behind automotive car recruitment sales. Your mission: to develop and grow our market presence by connecting with key clients and offering top-tier recruitment solutions.
1. Build Relationships – Connect with decision-makers within the automotive industry, from car dealerships to suppliers, establishing Venatu as the recruitment partner of choice.
2. Drive Sales – Identify and pursue new business opportunities, setting and meeting ambitious sales targets.
3. Strategize & Lead – Shape and execute sales strategies tailored to the automotive sector, with the support of an experienced recruitment team.
4. Client-Centric Approach – Deliver outstanding customer service, with the agility and insight to meet unique client needs.

2. Sales Expertise – Proven track record in business development or sales within the automotive or recruitment industry.

5. Local Insight – Knowledge of the Yorkshire automotive market is a big plus.
