Administrator – Legal Services
Worcester based with a balance of home and office working
£23,270 - £24,495 per year
35 hours per week – Monday to Friday
We have an opportunity for two Administrators - Legal Services to join our Legal Services team, based in Worcester. The team is made up of four people and sits within the wider Legal Services team of around 30.
The role of Administrator – Legal Services will include:
* Handling large volumes of important documentation and preparing documents for signing by the executive board
* Obtaining quotes from external solicitors, raising portal instructions to formally instruct for the work and managing payment for the work through completing purchase orders and invoices on internal SAP system
* Assisting with management of central email inbox for the department, resolution of problems and queries, triaging queries, and ensuring customers are kept informed
* Providing administrative services and secretarial support to the team by scanning, recording and allocating post to the correct Legal team
* Drafting presentation decks in Powerpoint
* Arrange meetings with external legal firms on the current Legal Framework
Skills and experiences:
* Previous experience of working in an administrative role or similar
* Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and conflicting deadlines
* Customer focused with excellent communication skills
* Experience of email and internet communications along with a basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel., and SAP
