Salary Range: From £28,000 p/a

As we increase and develop our portfolio of world-renowned and in-house brands through expanding our dealer network, we are creating a company that is forward-thinking, agile, passionate and focused on providing the best customer service and selling a wide-ranging portfolio of premium cycles and accessories.
Due to further expansion of the company, we are looking for an additional Customer Service Administrator. The successful candidate will be a result-focused individual with strong account/relationship management skills and brand awareness, working collaboratively with our external Area Sales Managers to help achieve company goals and grow revenues. The role is all about providing an excellent customer experience, maintaining and reviewing ongoing business and generating new sales opportunities in an ever-shifting marketplace. This role also provides a great understanding of the business and successful candidates in this role have moved into more specialist roles of the business over time.
A background in the cycle or fitness industry would be a distinct advantage along with a firm grip of the product sold and online sales environment, coupled with gritty determination to succeed and passion for driving sales.
Key Responsibilities:
* Servicing our customers as the first point of contact when they contact Chicken CycleKit via email, online messaging, or telephone.
* Checking and processing orders.
* Advising customers on their requirements, informing them about unique offers, promotions, and new exciting products that could be of interest to them.
* Processing customer payments.
* Help execute Chicken CycleKit’s sales and service initiatives, closely aligned with our company goals to reach and surpass our targets for revenue and profitability.
* Aid with all aspects of sales office administration, including our computer system, CRM system, notification of website updates, etc., and anything that eases general office efficiency.
* 24 days annual leave, increasing with length of service + 8 days public holiday.

As this role is office-based, the ideal candidate would be located close to Leighton Buzzard, LU7.

Skills/Experience Required:
* An entrepreneurial mindset with a ‘can do’ attitude and desire to roll up the sleeves when necessary to get the job done.
* The ideal candidate is an avid cyclist and has a strong interest in, and knowledge of the cycling & fitness arena.
* A good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
* A keen cyclist or have experience of working in the bicycle industry.
