In this role, you’ll report into our Academy Manager, helping to shape and run an exciting Academy Programme that gives our Teammates the skills, knowledge, and confidence to thrive in their roles. In this role, you’ll support the Academy Manager in delivering a blended learning approach, including group and one-to-one coaching sessions, feedback, workshops, and performance reviews. You’ll help analyse individual performance trends to identify coaching focus areas and assist in managing multiple development journeys across different stages of the glide path. You’ll regularly assess the effectiveness of induction and keep the Academy Manager updated to ensure it meets the evolving needs of our sales teams. Promoting digital learning through our e-learning platform will be part of your day-to-day, helping to embed key skills, knowledge, and behaviours. You’ll also support conflict management within the Academy, create and maintain performance reports, and collaborate with Quality & Compliance to keep performance focused on getting it right first time. On top of that, you’ll keep stakeholders in the loop with regular updates on new Teammates’ progress and assist in preparing reports for senior leaders, using data to recommend ways we can continue to improve. A Bit About You We’re looking for someone with experience in a support role within a sales or customer service environment, who brings excellent communication skills and knows how to engage and motivate Teammates. You’ll need strong problem-solving abilities and the confidence to use a variety of coaching styles to suit different situations. If you have additional training certification, that’s a bonus Strong organisational skills are key, especially when it comes to creating and maintaining Academy Programme schedules. You’ll also bring solid conflict management skills, along with the ability to influence, communicate clearly, and keep people motivated.
