Job Description:
Pluxee UK is looking for a leader who can guide its finance teams and help deliver sustainable and profitable growth in a dynamic and competitive market. We're searching for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our local team of high-performing professionals and keep our finances positioned for continued success.
The CFO will have a day-to-day, ongoing impact on Pluxee UK business, leading all relevant accounting activities, financial analyses, and action plans developed in partnership with the business to continuously improve our financial position in line with Pluxee Group guidance and frameworks.
This position is a key leadership role and hence part of the Pluxee UK executive leadership team, requiring effective communication skills. The CFO is a valued business partner within the company and must demonstrate the ability to improve performance and help seize new business opportunities.
What you'll be doing:
* Ensure group guidance, processes, and requirements are implemented and complied with in all aspects of the job and related duties.
* Responsible for all aspects of financial accounting, treasury, financial controlling, budgeting, and financial planning of Pluxee UK, including:
o Daily running of the finance team, reviewing cash flows, financial statements, and reports.
o Group reporting and local statutory requirements for treasury, tax, legal, insurance, and other related administrative activities in connection with the Group counterparts whenever needed.
o Monitoring and supervising period-end closure procedures for ledgers and reporting, including tax planning and reporting according to IFRS - IAS and other administrative procedures and standards.
* Manage banks and financial institutions in close cooperation with the Group Treasury and Financing department, developing trusted relationships with them. Lead the preparation and analysis of all programs related to cash flow, analytical balance sheet, fund flow, and other financial tables.
* Follow up on government incentive processes and all regulatory requirements in close cooperation with the Group legal department and legal advisors.
* Lead the development, analysis, and interpretation of business and financial data to appraise operating results in terms of profitability, performance against budget, and other matters bearing on the fiscal soundness and operating effectiveness of the organization.
* Provide effective financial controls for the organization and assist other departments in budgeting and forecasting. Contribute to the protection of company assets.
* Participate and contribute to the Finext Program (Group finance transformation plan).
* Collaborate with Executive team members at country level as well as spoke and global levels.
* Cooperate with internal and external auditors and partners.
* Build an effective and engaged Finance organization with the right skills and knowledge.

Certifications Requirements:
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent required.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Work Experience Requirements:
15+ years of experience in finance and accounting. 10+ years in a senior leadership role. Experience from international environment/company programs. 5 years experience in a Big Four or equivalent would be a plus.
