We are looking for a confident and reliable Cover Supervisor to support secondary schools in Sleaford. This role involves supervising and delivering pre-planned lessons to large classes, helping to ensure students continue their learning in the absence of their regular teacher.

The Role:
* Supervise and deliver pre-planned lessons to KS3 and KS4 students
* Manage classroom behaviour and ensure students remain focused on their work
* Deliver engaging lessons and ensure all students are actively participating
* Communicate with teaching staff to ensure smooth handovers and feedback
* Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment
* Adapt to different subjects and class dynamics on a daily basis

Requirements:
* Confidence in teaching pre-planned lessons to large groups of students
* Previous experience working with young people, preferably in an educational setting
* Strong classroom management and communication skills
* Adaptable, proactive, and a positive attitude to supporting learning
* Ability to engage students and maintain their focus
* Essential: Applicants must be able to provide relevant documentation for the vetting process, including:
o Enhanced DBS check (on the update service or willingness to apply)
o Proof of qualifications and right to work in the UK
o Professional references
