About the Role
The New Homes Sales Consultant will be based at our site in Grantham, working closely with our teams to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations. You will:
* Manage the sales process from initial inquiry to plot reservation and beyond
* Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any queries or concerns promptly and professionally
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process
