Sitting within our growing CRM team, you’ll be responsible for developing and implementing CRM strategies that enhance customer retention, satisfaction, and lifetime value. So, if you are creative with a keen eye for detail, have a passion for the fashion industry and want to join us on our exciting journey please apply today Requirements Support on the development and implementation of CRM strategies across email, Push and Direct Mail with the aim to improve the experience for an ARNE customer. Weekly reporting on what is / is not working with suggestions on how we action accordingly. Sharing with the wider business in the process. Support the wider CRM team with the Monthly CRM Calendar, ensuring we have the right messaging at the right time of the year. Use our CRM platform to build customer segments. Support with Customer Insight including building of surveys and analysing of feedback. Launch and track AB tests to ensure we continue to deliver best-in-class CRM activities. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Trade, Merchandising and the Customer Service team, to ensure seamless execution of CRM and email marketing. Monitor competitor campaigns within the market and feedback on what other brands are delivering. Essential Experience and Skills Previous experience in a CRM role is advantageous but not essential. Well organised, with a strong attention to detail. Able to work both independently but also contribute as part of the wider team. Good stakeholder management. A good balance of creative and analytical mindset.
