ARNE is a direct to consumer, apparel and footwear brand/retailer based in Birchwood Park near Warrington, UK. We design and develop our products in the UK, manufacture in the near & far east and then ship directly to our customers, with ARNECLO.com ecommerce store as our only sales channel.
We have ambitious objectives over the next decade with the team believing all targets are achievable through new product category launches in shoes and womenswear alongside the creation of paid media, CRM activity and further international growth to amplify the great product / brand assets we have already created.
Sitting within our growing CRM team, you’ll be responsible for developing and implementing CRM strategies that enhance customer retention, satisfaction, and lifetime value. This is a completely new role so an opportunity to really make it your own.

Requirements
* Support on the development and implementation of CRM strategies with the aim to improve customer lifetime value of an ARNE customer.
* Assist with the build, execution and reporting of CRM journeys across email, SMS and Push Notifications.
* Conduct weekly reporting to understand and visualise to the wider business what is / isn’t working, turning the insights into tangible actions.
* Support the wider CRM team with the Monthly CRM Calendar, with specific ownership on International. Including any briefing into our Design team and proofing sends for approval.
* Build and optimise CRM segments within our customer database, ensuring we’re delivering the right message at the right time in the journey.
* Develop and launch customer insight strategies – including surveys – to better understand the ARNE customer.
* Launch and track AB tests across campaigns, automated journeys and channels to ensure we continue to deliver best-in-class CRM activities.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Trade, Merchandising and the Customer Service team, to ensure seamless execution of CRM and email marketing.
* Monitor competitor campaigns within the market to inform our future e-mail strategy.
Essential Experience and Skills
* Previous experience in a CRM role.
* A strong analytics background using Microsoft Excel and reporting suites such as Triple Whale are desired.
* Experience using Klaviyo and Shopify Plus is advantageous.
* Highly organised and process driven.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
* Good stakeholder management.
* Analytical and process-oriented with attention to detail.
