The Order Management Specialist is responsible for processing customer orders in accordance with company policies, ensuring accurate data entry and pricing updates in the ERP system. They will track orders through delivery, address any issues, and participate in daily meetings to enhance metrics and improve customer satisfaction. This position reports to the Customer Service Manager and is part of the Customer Service Team located in Little Chalfont, England and will be an on-site role. What you will do: - Process customer orders in compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures - Demonstrate excellent data entry skills to quickly and accurately review and input data - Ensure pricing are updated correctly in the ERP - Track orders to delivery, problem solve delivery issues and strive for continuous improvement of OTD (On Time Delivery) metric. - Attend daily Visual Daily Management meetings with the rest of the team to drive improvements in key metrics with a continuous improvement attitude to drive customer satisfaction. Who you are: - High school degree (or equivalent experience) with multiple years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced Order Management role - Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP and CRM Systems such as SFDC as well as MS Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook - Written and verbal communication skills - Fluent in English and German - High attention to details with the ability to effectively review and understand sales agreements, proposals, purchase orders, and relevant information.
