We are looking to recruit a talented and experienced Operations Director in Facilities Management who will join us in inspiring our clients, end-consumers and their own operations team to do great things at work. Key Responsibilities include but not limited to: To provide strategic leadership across the contracts, lead in the delivery of significant profitable growth through new and existing client contracts and relationships Client development and retention through pro-actively building long lasting client relationships Drive operational excellence, ensuring the contracts are operating within contractual terms. Ensure the contracts perform to budget and achieve their unit business plan and financial performance Own, define, maintain and manage account development plans Track and monitor performance metrics and indicators for the contracts; identifying and implementing improvements where necessary Oversee Sub-Contractor adherence to client and company policy Support the sales team to develop financially sound bids and proposals through to sign off on contracts.
