The people we support are active in their local community, enjoying activities such as swimming, going to cafes, music and pamper sessions, so we are looking for people who are fun, active and enjoy supporting others to live the best lives possible. In this role, you will provide support to individuals with some challenging behaviours but you will be fully trained on the needs of the people we support - including training on Moving and Positioning, Epilepsy and MAPA. If you hold a full UK driving license, that would be a great bonus but is not a mandatory requirement. We provide support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so candidates must be flexible to work on different days and on different shifts and we currently work with early and late shifts, as well as some waking nights.
