Position: Secondary Tutor
Location: Banbury
Rate: £25 per hour

Are you passionate about making a difference in young people’s lives? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Secondary Tutor to join our team in Banbury. This role involves providing tailored, one-to-one or small group support to secondary school students, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Looked After Children (LAC).
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging, personalised lessons across secondary subjects to meet individual learning needs.
* Support students in building confidence, improving academic performance, and developing essential skills.
* Adapt teaching strategies to support SEN and LAC students effectively.
* Work closely with parents, carers, and educational professionals to track progress and set achievable goals.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant tutoring/teaching experience.
* Strong subject knowledge in core secondary subjects (English, Maths, Science, etc.).
* Experience supporting SEN and/or LAC students is highly desirable.
* Excellent communication, patience, and adaptability.
* DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
