Our thriving primary school is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our close-knit team. In this role, you will provide general classroom support to students across Key Stage 1 and 2, working alongside the class teacher to ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment. Key Responsibilities: Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons Provide one-on-one and small group support to students Assist with classroom management and maintaining a safe learning environment Help with the preparation of teaching materials and resources Foster a positive, inclusive classroom culture where all children can thrive Requirements: Previous experience working with children in an educational setting (desirable but not essential) A positive, can-do attitude Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work as part of a team A passion for helping children achieve their best If you are dedicated to supporting young learners and want to make a real difference in their education, we would love to hear from you.
