Data Analyst Our client is seeking a Data Analyst to support and enhance the organisation’s data systems and reporting capabilities. You’ll play a critical role in developing solutions that drive decision-making across the organisation, enabling them to deliver life-changing services in remote and challenging locations. Location: This role can be based at our client’s offices in Kent or optionally could be in the Oxford, Cambridge arc as they seek to launch a new hub in the Milton Keynes area. A minimum of two days a week in their Kent office might be initially required. Contract: Permanent, Full-Time The Role As a Data Analyst, you will support the effective and efficient utilisation of data across our client’s organisation. Using Power BI as a key tool for driving insights and supporting decision-making, you will ensure data collection, governance, and quality meet high standards, whilst contributing to the success of new projects and initiatives. You will manage and maintain self-service KPI reports, ensure the quarterly dashboard is fit for purpose, and deliver reporting solutions to help monitor campaigns and drive income growth. Working alongside the fundraising teams, you’ll gain a deep understanding of their goals to propose new solutions that maximise impact. Additionally, you will: - Contribute to the development of the Fabric data warehouse - Ensure the data warehouse is the key tool for reporting needs - Gather project requirements - Support integration projects - Build a unified data model across organisations About You To be considered as a Data Analyst, you will need: - Experience of modelling and analysing data - Experience of using Microsoft applications, including Power BI - Proactivity in investigating, understanding, and resolving issues - Excellent understanding of information governance concepts, including the Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR - A role-linked degree or, at a minimum, be educated to A-level standard with relevant experience The Organisation Our client uses light aircraft to deliver practical help, physical healing and spiritual hope to some of the world’s most remote and inaccessible communities.
