Your new role
The role supports the Senior Maintenance Officer in delivering a high-performing Repairs Service, ensuring efficient contractor payments and invoicing.
Key responsibilities include: liaising with contractors, processing repair enquiries, authorising and reconciling invoices, and managing insurance claims.
The position emphasises exceptional customer care, adherence to Health & Safety, confidentiality, and compliance with Equal Opportunities standards.
Additionally, the role involves supporting audits, collaborating with internal teams, contributing to policy development, and assisting with various operational tasks.
What you'll need to succeed
Flexibility is required for attending meetings or events beyond office hours, adopting new technology, and providing team support to maintain service continuity.Previous experience in a similar role within a Housing Association.
