The Role: This is a unique opportunity for a strategic and market-savvy Product Manager to define and execute product strategies while playing a pivotal role in marketing and positioning innovative solutions. The successful candidate will bridge the gap between technical development and market demand, ensuring product success and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategies for Backup, Disaster Recovery, and Cyber Resiliency services, aligning with company vision and market needs. Collaborate closely with marketing teams to craft compelling product narratives, positioning, and go-to-market strategies. Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends, customer pain points, and growth opportunities. Partner with engineering, operations, and sales teams to design and deliver reliable, scalable, and secure products and features. Act as the voice of the customer by gathering feedback and ensuring solutions meet their Backup and Disaster Recovery needs. Drive product launches and adoption through pricing strategies, positioning frameworks, and coordinated marketing campaigns. Monitor product performance, track KPIs, and make data-driven decisions to enhance product offerings. Work with the Training Manager to develop materials that empower teams and customers to use and support products effectively. About You: Proven experience in Product Management, preferably within Backup, Disaster Recovery, or Managed IT Services. A strong background in Product Marketing, with expertise in creating go-to-market plans and crafting product messaging. Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to leverage market insights for strategic decision-making. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
