Bell Cornwall Recruitment are delighted to be working with a legal services firm based in Burton Upon Trent. They are extremely busy and need to grow their team with a legal secretary, ideally with Residential Conveyancing experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Audio typing and document processing
2. Diary management for fee earners
3. Receiving phone calls from clients
4. File openings
5. General admin support for the department
Qualifications:
1. Ideally around 3 years experience within a legal secretary position
2. Clear and confident communication skills - both written and verbal
3. Show initiative and be self-motivated
4. High attention to detail
5. Experienced in audio and copy typing
