Our client, a boutique interiors/design consultancy with beautiful new offices in Marylebone, is seeking a studio assistant to support its team. A high performance and very aesthetically minded environment that looks after some well-known and discerning clientele, this role focuses on providing seamless daily support to the founder and studio. A rapidly growing business with a new e-commerce arm, our client is seeking a candidate who is tech savvy, commercially aware, and can demonstrate a genuine love for interiors and design. On top of running the daily operations of the studio, candidates are also expected to assist a senior EA with all overflow tasks related to looking after the founder of the business – diary, scheduling, errand running etc. In addition, this person will keep a close eye on all admin related to interior design projects and can expect to be involved with managing work streams, handling invoicing, minuting meetings, as well as assisting in the upkeep of a digital image library. Candidates will also have the opportunity to be involved directly with design projects and take on textile and fabric research, as well as assisting with the production of product shoots. There is also shipping coordination and online shop management that the candidate is required to be involved in, and as such, previous exposure to Shopify is very useful. Experience with Adobe suits and Mac/Apple proficiency is also required.
