Key role responsibilities: Take decisive action throughout the sales cycle, engaging with customers from initial contact to a successful sale. Actively book and attend appointments with potential customers, showcasing our products and services. Follow company processes and use provided tools to conduct onsite meetings, understand customer needs, and offer tailored solutions. Use direct methods such as cold calling and face-to-face meetings, as well as indirect methods like networking, to prospect for new customers. Analyse the current and potential customer base in your assigned area, planning activities strategically to optimise results. Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, executing plans to ensure steady progress. Regularly update sales activity in CRM and internal tools to track conversations and opportunities. Use data insights to provide accurate sales forecasts, aiding in strategic planning. Develop strong, lasting relationships with customers, colleagues, and support teams. Work closely with internal stakeholders to meet customer requirements and swiftly resolve any issues. Participate in sales training, attend branch meetings, and engage in corporate events to stay updated on best practices.
