Job Description
1. Managing and implementing health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies
2. Conducting regular safety inspections and risk assessments
3. Ensuring compliance with HSE legislation
4. Delivering HSE training to staff
5. Investigating and reporting on accidents and incidents
6. Liaising with regulatory bodies as required
7. Implementing improvements to safety practices and procedures
8. Promoting a positive HSE culture within the company
The Successful Applicant
A successful Interim HSE Manager should have:
1. A degree in Health and Safety Management or a related field would be beneficial
2. NEBOSH or IOSH qualification
3. Strong understanding of HSE legislation and guidelines
4. Experience in managing HSE within the FMCG industry
5. Excellent communication skills
6. The ability to deliver training and promote a positive HSE culture
