With 4-5 years of experience under your belt, as a Social Media Manager you’ll have the opportunity to be at the forefront of creating innovative, engaging reactive content that helps our clients shine across multiple platforms.
In this full-time, permanent role, you’ll take the lead on developing reactive social approaches, ensuring our clients stay relevant and connected to their audiences. You’ll also play an essential role in community management, protecting brand reputations while fostering meaningful connections.
Responsibilities:
* Lead the management of reactive and proactive social content, ensuring we’re always on the pulse of pop culture.
* Stay ahead of the curve with trends and viral moments, making sure to jump on key opportunities to create content that resonates with audiences.
* Collaborate with colleagues to create and execute dynamic campaigns, ensuring work is consistently best-in-class.
* Mentor and guide agency colleagues on content execution and community management.
* Develop, deliver, and distribute content planners, ensuring every post hits the mark.
* Work with influencer teams to engage with creators and drive brand awareness.
* Be a go-to person in the agency for social advice, staying on top of channel updates, how to game the algorithm, and offer training on platform changes.
* Craft engaging copy that fits each brand’s voice for social media, blogs, and more, and create native content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other platforms.
* Collaborate in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh ideas, produce content plans, and execute reactive content based on trends and insights.
* Help develop creative proposals for clients, work with the studio team to create effective briefs, and ensure smooth production of creative concepts.
You should apply if you:
* Have a passion for social media, pop culture, and trends.
* Are agile, creative, and have the ability to make things happen in real-time.
* Have the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and consistently deliver innovative work.
* Possess strong copywriting skills and a knack for adapting brand tone across channels.
* Are experienced with social media tools, content creation, and community management.
* Have a proactive approach to staying updated on industry news and trends.
