The Engineering Manager will support the Account Manager in service delivery and performance management for the University Of Liverpool Team.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Ensuring daily operational performance.
2. Compliance with Health & Safety standards.
3. Managing engineering performance across contracts.
4. Adhering to KPIs and SLAs.
5. Liaising with Account and NOC Leads for performance improvements.
6. Maintaining positive relationships with internal stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Previous technical management experience in the FM industry.
2. Possession of NVQ L3, HNC, or HND in an engineering discipline.
3. Computer literate.
