Private Client Partner, Salisbury Area
How would you like to join a firm and be immediately involved with the conversations at the top of the firm, contributing to the firm's strategic planning and identifying growth opportunities?
This is a chance for someone to come in immediately at partner level, whether on a salaried or equity basis, or perhaps you'll come in as partner designate initially, whilst you take a look at the firm and how they operate and vice versa.
The firm attracts very high net worth work, has niche clients and a long-standing loyal client base; there is never a shortage of work here. There is a chance to cement your role and that of the department even further. It's not a succession planning situation; the role has arisen through growth, and there is a desire within the firm to try and grab an even larger slice of market share.
You will have previous experience gained at partner or senior associate level within a noted Wills, Probate, Estates, and Tax Planning.
You should have business development skills, supervisory skills, and have managed and motivated staff to achieve their own personal targets whilst simultaneously running your own caseload of high-quality matters.
The firm has enjoyed extensive growth over recent years, and this appointment is just the next stage in that plan.
Ideally, you'll be technically strong with an ability to handle all areas of Wills, Probate, LPAs, Trusts, Estates, and tax planning work, particularly in relation to estate and tax planning matters for high net worth clients.
It's not imperative that you bring a following, although that would be useful and could increase the salary offer made to you.
Knowledge of the regional Private Client market would be useful, but as important is your own level of drive and motivation to help shape a team in the direction of your vision, whilst incorporating the existing successful culture within the firm.
Any salary band advertised should be viewed merely as a guide, as the offer will depend on your own personal circumstances and experience level, and whether you have other qualifications to offer such as STEP membership.
Applications from relocators will be considered; however, you should be able to demonstrate a commitment to live and work in the Wiltshire region.
Approach us in the strictest of confidence for more on this outstanding career opportunity.
