Job Title: Business Development Administrator
Location: Remote
Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: £25,480
Contract: 12 months fix term

Key Purpose of the Role:
To provide high-quality administrative support to the Business Development team at United Response, including the Heads of Business Development, the Head of Mobilisation, and the Head of Commercial Bids. The role ensures the smooth running of tender and mobilisation processes, effective management of data and reporting, and supports the team in achieving their objectives of securing new opportunities and delivering seamless transitions in and out of services.
Essential Criteria:
* Prior experience in an administrative role, particularly within a business development, mobilisation, or project management environment.
* Training or qualifications in business administration or project management (e.g., NVQ Level 3, APM Fundamentals, or similar
* Have excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks with precision.
* Be highly organized, with strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.
* Possess strong written English skills, with the ability to draft professional letters, reports, and communications.
* Be confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for data management and reporting.
* Have a collaborative and proactive approach, with the ability to work independently when required.
* Be adaptable and flexible, with a willingness to support a variety of tasks in a dynamic environment
