Locations: Nottingham (Central)
Duties:
* Identifying and pursuing new freight opportunities
* Prospecting and generating potential leads
* Providing customer guidance and support, including preparing estimates and proposals
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships by offering support, insights, and recommendations for new business opportunities
* Addressing and resolving customer inquiries
* Demonstrating a strong understanding of and enthusiasm for the freight product
* Ensuring high-quality service by upholding and enforcing organisational standards
Ideal Candidate:
* 1 year + Experience within Freight
* Experience with Key accounts
* Negotiation Experience
* Customer Service
